We cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains from your carpet, but we will do our best. Various factors, such as the carpet’s material, the cause and age of the stain, can affect the result. Some stains may have caused permanent damage to the carpet.
We begin the process by vacuuming. For short-pile carpets, we use vacuum cleaners with rotating brushes to remove all dust and dirt.
If your carpet has stains, we carry out a stain treatment to ensure that each stain is treated appropriately. Every stain reacts differently with the carpet, and if the fiber is not damaged, there is a good chance we can remove the stain from your carpet.
Next, we intensify the cleaning. Depending on the carpet, we use scrubbers with brushes or a bonnet pad. This helps the cleaning solution penetrate deep into the fibers.
We go one step further by then using the injection-extraction method. With this technique, we inject hot water with cleaning solution while simultaneously extracting it. This provides a deep clean for your carpet and helps restore it.
Afterward, a carpet rake is used to brush your carpet so that the fibers stand upright and look fresh.

We recommend having your carpet professionally cleaned at least once a year. This delivers the best results and helps improve the strength of the carpet fibers.
After your carpet has been cleaned, it will naturally be damp. Whether it is a Persian rug, a standard carpet, or an area rug, we recommend waiting 6 to 12 hours before walking on it after cleaning. We can also provide other cleaning methods with a faster drying time, such as surface cleaning, which dries much faster—within approximately 2 hours. Please mention this when requesting a quote.
It is very important that the carpet dries as quickly as possible after cleaning. After having your carpet cleaned by us, you should leave the windows in your business or home open for 6 to 12 hours. If the carpet takes more than 12 hours to dry, this may cause a temporary wet-carpet odor. Worse still, it could even lead to mold growth.
Yes! If the furniture is not moved, we can only clean the accessible areas of the carpet.
