An annual contract has several benefits, such as priority booking, lower prices, and choosing specific dates and times when you want your vehicle cleaned or your upholstery cleaned. So you can relax all year round in the knowledge that we take care of the cleaning.

Working environment

Since we come to you to clean, we ask that you provide a FREE parking space for our car, electricity to connect our machines, hot water and good light. During bad weather conditions, car cleaning and detailing can only be done in a garage or a building. We cannot provide car cleaning and detailing services in public places.

Transparency comes from both sides.

We value your time as much as ours! Because no project is the same, we allocate a certain time based on an estimate. Sometimes it is normal for a service to take a little less or a little more time. After you have received an estimated price and made a reservation with Pro Clean Detailing, you commit to being present on the day of the reservation according to our Terms and Conditions. On the day of the reservation, we will come to you to inspect the object. Suppose the object is in a different state than it was initially presented, then it will take us much more time than the allocated time. If there is time, a new price will be determined, otherwise, we will not be able to perform the service. If you are not at the venue on the day of booking, the full estimated price will be charged. You can cancel the reservation without additional costs up to 24 hours before the agreed time.
