Straight sofas and corner sofas, with or without loose cushions, in fabric or leather, at home or in the office. For fabric sofas, we first identify the fibres and then choose the most suitable method: dry cleaning, wet cleaning, or encapsulation. For leather sofas, we first determine the type of leather so we can apply the correct treatment and care.

The working time depends on the size, construction, material, and complexity of the item. Sofas, carpets, and mattresses can vary greatly in the amount of work required, even when their dimensions are similar. Loose cushions take an average of 10 extra minutes per piece, viscose requires more care than polyester, and many other factors can affect the time needed.
Heavily soiled items require more work than items that are cleaned regularly. Urine, pet odors, and old stains require special pretreatment, sometimes several times. These treatments are listed separately under the extra options and have a starting price, because the amount of product required varies by job.
We come to you. Travel time and fuel are covered by a transparent call-out fee of €1 per minute, calculated only for the outward journey. If no free parking is available, parking costs will be charged separately. When we have multiple appointments in the same area, the call-out costs are divided proportionally. We generally group multiple appointments within a 5 km radius.
You’ll receive a fixed price for your situation in the quote within 24 hours, with no obligation and no hidden costs. Include a photo, and the price will be accurate right away. Our minimum price is €100 per appointment. You can easily combine smaller items to reach that amount.
Send a photo of the carpet, sofa, or mattress. You’ll receive a fixed price, usually the same day.
Yes. Every job is different, which is why we prepare a tailored quote before booking.
To calculate the price accurately, we need your full address, clear photos of the item and, if possible, a photo of the care label. This allows us to correctly estimate the size, material, condition, required cleaning method, working time and call-out costs.
A photo helps us assess the size, material, and level of soiling while also giving us an idea of the working environment.
Size: The dimensions of sofas can vary considerably by manufacturer. What one manufacturer calls a 3-seater sofa may be the same size as a 5-seater sofa from another brand. A larger surface area means more cleaning work and more time. For example, a 3-seater sofa with three separate cushions can easily require an additional 30 minutes of work.
Material: Photos can provide important information about the material and its condition. For example, a yellow spot on a carpet may indicate a plant-based fibre affected by cellulosic browning and therefore require a different cleaning method. Polyester is generally much easier to clean and dry than cotton. Cotton can retain considerably more moisture and may require additional forced-drying time to reduce the risk of yellowing, prolonged dampness, or mould growth.
Working environment: The floor and immediate surroundings are also important. Plants or other objects may need to be moved before we can begin. For example, a sisal carpet beneath a sofa may need to be removed or properly protected. Sensitive surfaces such as marble, natural stone, or untreated wood require additional protection with thick plastic sheeting.
This information helps us prepare the right equipment and products, estimate the required working time, and provide an accurate quote.
Your location affects the logistics and the time required for the job. We consider parking options, accessibility, the type of building, floors, stairs, and the distance over which our equipment must be carried.
Our professional equipment is heavy, and unloading, setting up, and reloading it takes time. A location where this takes only 10 minutes cannot be priced the same as a location where the logistics take an hour or longer. With your full address, we can already take this into account before you book.
Yes, as long as the information provided matches what we find on site.
If the size, material, condition, accessibility, or requested treatment differs from the information originally provided, we will adjust the quote before starting. For example, a 7-seat sofa cannot be cleaned for the price quoted for a 4-seat sofa. Severe urine contamination also requires specific treatment if it was not included in the original quote.
Any price change will always be discussed with you first before we begin any additional work.
No. We believe in complete transparency.
Your quote clearly states what is included and which additional costs, if any, apply. In return, we ask that the information you provide with your quote request is complete and accurate, so that we can price the job correctly from the outset.
Professional deep cleaning is labor-intensive and specialized work. An average appointment takes approximately 2 to 5 hours and requires professional equipment and cleaning products, transportation, setup and cleanup, as well as knowledge of fibers, fabrics, pH, and cleaning chemistry.
Everything is carried out at your location, so you do not have to transport large sofas, carpets, or mattresses.
Professional maintenance can also extend the lifespan of items that would cost hundreds or even thousands of euros to replace. Our service typically costs only a fraction of the replacement value.
Yes. We even recommend it.
Having multiple items cleaned during one appointment is generally more cost-effective, because the travel, setup, and cleanup costs are spread across the entire job. This usually gives you better value for money when you have a larger area or multiple items cleaned during the same visit.
For jobs starting at €500, the call-out fee is waived entirely.
Accessibility can affect the time and logistics required for an assignment. In some areas, access is restricted at certain times or a parking permit is required.
Depending on the assignment, we may arrive with more than 100 kg of professional equipment. Floors without an elevator, narrow stairs, long distances to carry equipment, or a lack of nearby parking can therefore require significant additional time for unloading, setup, and reloading.
Please let us know when requesting a quote if there are any circumstances that could affect access or logistics.
You can pay before or after the work is completed, depending on your preference. We accept bank transfers, QR payments, and cash payments.
No professional cleaner can responsibly guarantee complete removal before the item has been inspected and treated.
The result depends on the material, the type of soiling, the age of the stain, previous cleaning attempts, previously used products, and any permanent damage to the fibers or discoloration.
We always strive for the best possible result and will inform you before treatment of any limitations or risks we identify.
Different fibres and materials require different cleaning methods. There is no single product or procedure suitable for every sofa, carpet, or mattress.
We work with professional equipment and cleaning products and have extensive knowledge of fibres, fabrics, pH, and cleaning chemistry. The material, construction, moisture, temperature, mechanical action, and previous treatments can all determine how an item should best be cleaned.
We first inspect the material and its condition, then choose the appropriate method, from wet extraction cleaning to encapsulation and specialised treatments. Our aim is to achieve the best possible result while minimising unnecessary risks to the material.
